AYURVEDA CENTRED WELLNESS

Welcome to sansaar

All my work is based around Ayurvedic principles. They teach us that health is achieved through balancing the imbalances, unique to each individual and shaped by our lifestyle, nutrition and body type. By rebalancing three key areas; mind, body, senses & spirit, using a variety of mindfulness techniques including relaxation, meditations and nutrition, we can work to heal existing symptoms, and prevent sickness. Ayurveda really does offer the key to natural health.

MY JOURNEY WITH ANXIETY, FEAR AND DOUBT, STARTED IN MY EARLY TWENTIES WHILST WORKING IN THE BANKING AND FINANCE SECTOR.

I NOW HELP ADULTS WHO FEEL LOST, ANXIOUS, OR A FORMER SHADOW OF THEMSELVES, TO RECONNECT AND START LIVING THE LIFE THEY ALWAYS ENVISAGED.

WORK WITH NINA

Since 2016, I have been working with clients from all walks of life to promote happiness and wellbeing by helping them achieve optimum health. I use the three pillars of Mind - (Mindfulness), Body - (Ayurvedic nutrition) and Soul - (Yoga). In 2019, I qualified as a Mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR) teacher and now offer a range of courses including a Compassionate Mindful Resilience (CMR) Programme.

The world we live in can feel overwhelming at times, especially since the pandemic, and somewhere along the way you may have become unconscious to the changes in your mindset, health or physical being. Each one can be addressed separately but I would highly recommend a ‘Right Mind, Right Life’ discovery consultation to identify where to start.

EACH OF THESE MIND, BODY AND SPIRIT PROGRAMMES WILL HELP RESTORE YOU SO THAT YOU CAN FINALLY LIVE LIFE TO THE FULL

  • Mind : mindfulness

The art of mindful living is about finding the tools and strategies that work for you, that you can dip into when you need them, being fully present and engaging in whatever you’re doing in that moment, and learning not to be overly reactive or overwhelmed by all the other things going on around you.

  • BODY : nutrition

The 5000 year-old holistic Indian medical system that is Ayurveda states that poor neutron is the main cause of disease. When our bodies are healthy and strong, our mind stays balanced. The right nutrition according for your body constitution determines how we feel. How and what we eat is crucial to health and wellbeing.

  • Soul : Yoga

Yoga teaches us how to listen to our body. What we do with that knowledge is totally up to us. If someone asks for help, don’t we give it? So why not help our bodies too?

Yoga Sansaar follows the fundamental principles of uniting the health of mind, body and soul, to release tension, build core stability and enhance energy flow in your body.
